Jade has been in leadership roles since she was 20, beginning with the responsibility of running her family’s Martial Arts School. While living in Ireland for four years, she also managed restaurants and trained gym instructors in teaching TaeBo, a martial arts-based fitness program that gained global popularity in the late 90s. Jade has always excelled in front-facing roles due to her strong connection with people of all ages, with a particular expertise in children’s programs, guiding kids as young as four.
A natural performer, Jade was enrolled in the Actors Studio, a VCA school for talented young individuals. She furthered her studies at the National Theatre Drama School and went on to become an Actor, Cabaret performer and singer. This experience took her across Australia and New Zealand performing professionally for ten years.

Her career then transitioned into international student recruitment, where she managed the South East Asia region for private colleges and TAFEs in Australia and New Zealand.
Program Hosting & Facilitator
Jade’s ability to bring people together is one of her superpowers. A highly social person, she is skilled in hosting and facilitating programs for groups. In recent years, she has focused on teaching personal development programs at TAFE and leading large groups of school students. Jade is deeply passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, delivering her programs in a fun and engaging manner that ensures all participants feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Jade also collaborates with Luke for the Kin Connection Circles and Reiki sessions. As one of six siblings in the Vere-Flint family, all of whom have extensive experience in care roles, transitioning into wellness was a natural progression for them both. Their unique blend of alchemy is palpable to anyone who experiences the genuine bond they share.
